Brooks Nader cut a stylish figure as she led the celebrity arrivals at Michael Rubin's estate in the Hamptons on Wednesday, ahead of his annual 4th of July party.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model, 27, wowed in a low-cut delicate white dress with a saucy thigh-high split as she made her way to the pre-party. 

The beauty — who is currently romancing Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece — added height to her frame with silver heels.

Brooks carried a stylish white handbag in her hand, and wore her brunette tresses cascading down her back. 

Other celebrity guests at the bash included model Winnie Harlow, rappers French Montana and Quavo, comedian Druski, and CEO of the New England Patriots Robert Kraft

Brooks accessorized with a number of silver bangles on her arm, and diamond stud earrings. 

Her handsome boyfriend Prince Alexios, 25, was not pictured at the soirée. 

The couple were caught in a steamy clinch when they locked lips ahead of Olivia Culpo's star-studded wedding on Saturday.

The duo first sparked romance rumors after they were spotted on a romantic stroll in New York City on Friday.

Their passionate outings come just months after it was confirmed by DailyMail.com that the brunette beauty and her husband of nearly four years, Billy Haire, were getting divorced.

Meanwhile, Canadian model Winnie, 29, showed off her effortlessly cool style while arriving at Rubin's party, wearing a blue halter top and a long denim skirt with a high slit. 

Tori Birnbaum was chic as ever in a colorful halter top and a pair of light blue jeans.

She accessorized with a pastel pink handbag.

The blonde beauty wore strappy black heels and a number of gold bracelets.

One of America's richest men, Michael Rubin is a business magnate who owns the world's leading provider of licensed sports merchandise, Fanatics.

The 51-year-old mogul serves as the executive chairman of Rue Gilt Groupe, and is also the founder of GSI Commerce, which he sold to eBay in 2011 for $150 million.

In 2024 Forbes estimated his net worth to be $11.5 billion.

He has three daughters, two with girlfriend Camille Fishel, 32, and another from a previous relationship.

Moroccan-American hip hop star French Montana, 39, sported an all-white look for the occasion, aside from his brown sneakers.

He accessorized with a chunky chain around his neck. 

Quavo, 33, was spotted chatting on the phone as he made his way to the event.

The Migos star kept it casual in a grew t-shirt. 

He wore a pair of sunglasses and two chunky silver chains with a matching watch. 

Comedian and actor Druski, 29, stayed comfortable in a red sports jersey and black shorts.

He paired the outfit with brown sandals and a black visor worn upside down.

Meanwhile New England Patriots CEO Kraft, 83, was pictured leaving the party in his car, with a pair of black shades shielding his eyes. 

Sports merchandise billionaire Rubin's annual July 4th white party at his sprawling, $50million Bridgehampton pad, has become one of the Hamptons' most famous summer parties.

Last year the glittering bash was attended by Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, Jay-Z, Kendall Jenner, Hailey and Justin Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski, Tom Brady, Corey Gamble, Kylian Mbappé and Lori Harvey, among others.

The party included performances from Usher and Ne-Yo and guests were treated to the finest food and drinks, some of which had been brought in from the city.

Upon arrival in the Hamptons, some were even given a shot of Don Julio 1942 tequila - the perfect reviver after a private helicopter flight from the city. 

Starting at 5pm sharp on Dune Road, one of the Hamptons' most coveted addresses, the whopping bash kicked off with a parade of expensive sports cars and SUVS. 

There were armies of valets and security guards on-hand to keep out party crashers. And after a handful of party fouls at the last two events, Rubin brought in an entire medical staff this year to keep his well-heeled guests in safe hands. 

Rubin is a self-made billionaire is estimated to be worth $11.5 billion according to Forbes.

In 2022, he made the publication's Forbes 400: The Richest People in America. He has also featured in The World's Billionaires list, and the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Michael is best known for his involvement with Fanatics, he owns the online retail company which sells sports merchandise.
